Directions from Kannai Station (JR Line):
1. Exit Kannai Station from the North Exit and turn right.
2. Turn left at the CERTE shopping complex (it will be in front of you).
3. Cross the first traffic light (Kannai Station North Exit) and turn right. Continue straight for a short distance.
4. Turn left at the Aioi-cho 3-chome intersection.
5. Tokan Bashamichi Castiel is the third building from the corner.
6. The space is located on the 3rd floor.

Permanent Jewelry Popup Reservation

If you are coming with 2 or more people, please book a time slot for each person.

If you would like only a chain bracelet, you can have more than one permanent jewelry piece made within your booked time. Please note that this is subject to availability.

Cancellation of Your Reservation

To cancel your reservation, please use the cancellation button provided in your confirmation email. (To prevent any issues, please cancel your reservation yourself.)

For cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us via Instagram.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to perform your permanent jewelry service.

Service Time: Please be aware that service times may vary slightly on the day of your appointment.

Waiting Area: Due to limited seating, please arrive on time for your appointment.

Response Time: During our POP-UP event, our response time to LINE, DM, and email inquiries may be delayed.

No-Shows: Please note that we may decline future bookings for no-shows.
