14KGF (14K Gold Filled)

14KGF, also known as gold-filled, is a popular material in overseas accessories and is widely used in Japan. While often confused with gold plating, 14KGF contains 5% of 14K gold by total weight. It has approximately 100 times the thickness of gold plating.

Its characteristics include a brilliance similar to 14K gold and high durability. While more affordable than 14K gold, it is more resistant to corrosion and discoloration than gold plating, making it ideal for accessories.

10KYG (10K Yellow Gold)

10K gold contains 42% pure gold. Its brilliance is similar to 14K, with 10K featuring a fresh golden color. Adding yellow creates a weightier golden appearance.

This material works well for both casual and classic styles. Compared to 18K, the material is harder and more scratch-resistant, making it practical for everyday use.

18K Gold

18K gold is an alloy mixing gold with other metals such as silver or copper. The gold content is measured in 24 parts, with 18K containing 75% pure gold. As a result, 18K gold has greater hardness and durability than pure gold while maintaining a beautiful luster.

Silver 925 (Sterling Silver)

Silver 925 is a timeless material popular across all age groups. The “925” refers to the silver content (92.5%). Other materials, primarily copper, are added to enhance durability.

While copper is the main additional component, other materials may be used. Silver 925 is virtually tarnish-resistant and easy to maintain. Designs combining silver and gold or mixed materials are particularly popular.

Pt850 (Platinum)

Platinum is a precious metal that has long been cherished as a luxury jewelry material due to its rarity and beautiful luster. It is particularly well-known as a material for special occasions, especially wedding rings and other commemorative jewelry pieces.

Additionally, platinum contains very few components that cause metal allergies, making it a safe choice for those with sensitive skin.
