Permanent Jewelry Popup Reservation

If you are coming with 2 or more people, please book a time slot for each person.

If you would like only a chain bracelet, you can have more than one permanent jewelry piece made within your booked time. Please note that this is subject to availability.

If you have made a reservation using a carrier email address (such as those provided by mobile phone carriers) and have not yet received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes, our emails may be mistakenly filtered into these folders due to spam filters.

If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact us directly via our official LINE account. Please provide your name, email address, and phone number in your message. We will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation of Your Reservation

To cancel your reservation, please use the cancellation button provided in your confirmation email. (To prevent any issues, please cancel your reservation yourself.)

For cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us via Instagram.

Please include your reservation date, name, email address, and phone number in your message.

We accept cash and credit cards.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to perform your permanent jewelry service.

Service Time: Please be aware that service times may vary slightly on the day of your appointment.

Waiting Area: Due to limited seating, please arrive on time for your appointment.

Response Time: During our POP-UP event, our response time to LINE, DM, and email inquiries may be delayed.

No-Shows: Please note that we may decline future bookings for no-shows.
