We offer a variety of materials including stainless steel, titanium, Silver925, 14KGF, 10K, 18K, and platinum.

We look forward to seeing you! *Engraved charms are not available at POPUP events. Engraved charms are only available at our Shinsaibashi main store.

Permanent Jewelry – POPUP Reservations

If visiting with 2 or 3 people, please make a separate reservation for each person.
If you only want a chain bracelet, you can have more than one permanent jewelry piece within your reserved time.
If you want different items (e.g., bracelet + ring), please select a 60-minute reservation slot.
If you want multiple pieces of the same item, please select a 45-minute reservation slot.

Confirmation Email After Booking

If you book using a mobile carrier email, you may not receive a confirmation email. Emails from WEJELRY may be classified as spam. *Even with iCloud or Gmail, emails may be filtered to spam depending on your settings.

If you do not receive the email in your main inbox, please check your spam folder. If you cannot confirm your reservation, please contact us via our official LINE. Please provide your name, email address, and phone number. *You may also contact us via email, but please note that responses may take longer.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please use the cancel button in your confirmation email (to prevent any issues).
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder first.
If you still cannot find it, please contact us via official LINE or contact us page with your reservation date, name, email address, and phone number.
For same-day cancellations, please call 050-1721-3905 only. *Phone support is only for same-day cancellations. We do not handle reservations, questions, or inquiries by phone. *During business hours, we may not be able to answer the phone. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Methods

Cash and credit cards accepted. d-payment and transit IC cards are not accepted.

On the Day

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to perform your permanent jewelry service.
Please note that service times may vary slightly.
Waiting space is limited, so please arrive at your reserved time.
During POPUP hours, responses to LINE, DM, and email may be delayed.
If you do not show up without notice, we may decline future reservations.
