Permanent Jewelry Pop-up in Fukuoka

Event Description We create custom Permanent Jewelry including bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and rings! Available Materials: Stainless Steel, Titanium, Silver 925, 14K Gold Filled, 10K, 18K, and Platinum. Please note: Engraved charms are not available at the Fukuoka Pop-up.

Permanent Jewelry – Pop-up Reservation
- Group Bookings: If you are visiting in a group of 2 or more, please book a separate time slot for each person.
- If you wish to make a simple chain bracelet (without charms), it is possible to make more than one piece of Permanent Jewelry within your reserved time slot.
About Confirmation Emails If you book using a mobile carrier email address, the confirmation email may not be delivered. There is a possibility that emails from WEJELRY are being classified as spam. Note: iCloud and Gmail accounts may also classify our emails as spam depending on your settings.

Cancellation Policy
- How to Cancel: Please use the cancel button found in your reservation confirmation email. (Please do this yourself to prevent errors).
- If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder first.
- If you cannot find the email, please contact us via Official LINE with your Reservation Date, Name, Email, and Phone Number.

Payment Methods
- Accepted: Cash, Credit Cards.
- Not Accepted: d-Barai, Transportation IC Cards (Suica, Pasmo, etc.).
Important Notes for the Day
- Late Arrival: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to perform the Permanent Jewelry service.
- Please note that service times may vary slightly on the day.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 2,000 JPY (tax included) will be charged. If you cannot come, please ensure you cancel in advance.
- Waiting Space: Space is limited, so please arrive at your scheduled reservation time.
- Communication: Replies to LINE, DM, and emails may be delayed during the event hours.
- Future Bookings: Customers who cancel without notice may be refused future reservations.
